Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and sets forth activities that are prohibited when using the services of Goippro LLC ("GoIPpro"). Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.

1. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not use the services to transmit, generate, or facilitate:

  • Unsolicited commercial communications in violation of applicable law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and equivalent regulations);
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communications, including impersonation, phishing, or "vishing" (voice phishing) schemes;
  • Content that is illegal in the recipient's jurisdiction, including but not limited to child exploitation material, incitement to violence, or content promoting terrorism;
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
  • Malware, viruses, or any code or content designed to harm systems, networks or users.

2. Sanctions and Export Control

You agree that you will not use the services:

  • In, or for the benefit of, any country, region, or entity subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations;
  • To provide services to individuals or entities appearing on any applicable sanctions list (including OFAC SDN, EU Consolidated List, UK Sanctions List);
  • In violation of U.S. export control laws or equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.

3. Telecommunications and Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable telecommunications laws, including but not limited to:

  • Proper licensing and registration for outbound calling campaigns where required;
  • Honoring Do Not Call registries and opt-out requests;
  • Disclosure requirements for automated dialing and AI-generated voice;
  • Emergency services and regulatory routing obligations.

4. Consumer Protection

If you direct communications to consumers, you must:

  • Obtain proper consent where required by law;
  • Clearly identify yourself and the purpose of the communication;
  • Not use AI-generated voices to deceive recipients about the nature of the communication in jurisdictions where such disclosure is required;
  • Provide opt-out mechanisms and honor them promptly.

5. System Integrity

You may not attempt to: (i) circumvent access controls or rate limits; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without written authorization; (iii) interfere with other Customers' use of the services; (iv) conduct denial-of-service attacks; or (v) reverse-engineer our platform.

6. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations of this AUP, including abuse of our services by our Customers or their end users, should be reported to support@goippro.com. We investigate all credible reports promptly.

7. Enforcement

GoIPpro reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, cooperate with law enforcement, suspend or terminate services, and pursue any other remedies available under the service agreement, the Terms of Service, or applicable law. In cases of immediate risk to the platform, third parties, or public safety, we may suspend services without prior notice.
