Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: (i) performance of the contract with our Customer; (ii) compliance with legal obligations; (iii) our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving our services; and (iv) consent, where required.
With respect to voice data and end-user information processed through our platform, GoIPpro typically acts as a data processor on behalf of our Customer (the data controller). A formal Data Processing Agreement is available upon request and is required for customers subject to GDPR.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal or reporting requirements. Default retention for call recordings and transcripts is ninety (90) days; Customers may configure shorter or longer retention periods subject to applicable regulations.
Data may be processed in the United States, European Union, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. When transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other mechanisms permitted under GDPR.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including TLS 1.3 for API traffic, SRTP/DTLS for voice media, at-rest encryption, strict access controls, role-based permissions, audit logging, and regular security reviews. No internet-based service is completely secure, but we work diligently to protect the information we handle.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at support@goippro.com. Where we act as a data processor, requests will be forwarded to the applicable data controller (our Customer).
Our public website uses minimal cookies for essential functionality (preferences, session state). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Our services are intended for business use only and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
