GoIPpro is a small, senior team focused on one hard problem: building voice AI contact centers that businesses can rely on.

Our story

GoIPpro grew out of years of operational experience in telecommunications. Our founders spent a decade building and operating voice infrastructure at scale - SIP trunks, carrier interconnects, real-time billing, routing engines - the unglamorous plumbing that makes global phone conversations possible.

In 2024-2025 it became clear that voice AI was no longer a demo technology. Real businesses were starting to deploy it at real scale. But the gap between the new AI tooling (fast-moving, academically impressive) and the realities of production telecom (strict latency budgets, regulatory scrutiny, network complexity) was enormous.

We built GoIPpro to close that gap. We bring the ops mindset of carrier-grade telecom together with the capabilities of modern voice AI - and deliver it as a finished product rather than a toolkit.

What makes us different

We are operators, not framework authors. We don't publish open-source frameworks or compete with the OpenAIs of the world. We pick the best commercial and open-source components, integrate them carefully, and make sure the result works every minute of every day.

We deliver finished products, not SDKs. Most voice AI companies sell you building blocks. We sell you a working contact center. You don't need an engineering team. You don't need prompt engineers. You don't need to figure out which models work.

We care about the long tail. Any voice AI demo looks great in a happy-path scenario. What matters is the 10% of calls where things go wrong - accents, background noise, angry customers, unexpected questions, bad network conditions. That is where we focus most of our engineering time.
